衷心感謝您經常使用本館網頁。京町家 樂遊 堀川五條於 2020 年４ 月 17 日重新改裝開幕，新落成的別邸亦隆重開幕。

我們布置了會隨四季展現不同風貌的庭園，希望讓各位貴賓更加享受在京町家的住宿時光。

入住本館的貴賓，均可自由觀賞別邸的庭園，請於入住期間前來觀賞。

我們在別邸全新預備了「花」、「鳥」、「風」、「月」、「四季」５ 間客房。每間客房均承襲了京町家的傳統，布置了各種京町家意趣。

請蒞臨翻新後的京町家 樂遊 堀川五條，享受精彩美好的京都生活。

別邸的意趣

本館布置了許多承襲京町家傳統的意趣。以下就為您介紹一些別邸的意趣。

１．庭園

我們在別邸大廳處增設了新的庭園。利用松、楓樹、石燈籠等純日式的格局為四季展現不同的風貌，讓人整年都能品味這座庭園。

２．挑高構造

人們將京町家中建造於廚房上方的挑高空間稱為「火袋」。本館利用此挑高構造創造出一個寬敞開闊的大廳。

３．網代天井

別邸大廳的天花板使用杉木片交錯編織出的「網代天井（編織天花板）」，本館的網代天井還特別使用了防火原料。

４．一二三石

本館通往別邸的走廊使用了土間圖樣的工法「一二三（ひふみ）石」，鑲嵌上一個、二個、三個小石子，為整體設計畫龍點睛。

Kyomachiya Luck You Horikawa Gojo was recently reopened after renovations. The facility now has a newly added annex.

Thank you for checking out our home page. Kyomachiya Luck You Horikawa Gojo was recently reopened on April 17, 2020 after completing renovations, and we commemorated the grand opening of the newly built bettei (annex).

We have also arranged a Japanese garden with trees and plants that reflect the seasons with the hopes that your stay at our Kyomachiya is as memorable as can be.

Our guests staying in the main building will also have open access to the annex garden, so we hope that you stop by to visit it during your stay.

There are five new rooms—“Hana”, “Tori”, “Kaze”, “Tsuki”, and “Shiki”—in the annex. Every room is rife with cultural accents, each with a history and impression that sets the Kyomachiya apart.

Background on the Design of the Bettei (Annex)

The building is rife with cultural accents, each with a history and impression that sets the Kyomachiya apart from anything you’ve seen. Here, we’ll be introducing you to some of details of the annex design.

1. The Garden

A new garden has been built in the annex lobby. Pine trees, maple, and stone lanterns can be found in a traditional Japanese garden arrangement that accentuates the changing seasons.

2. Fukinuke (Clearing)

While the open space left above the kitchen is called the “hibukuro” in a Kyomachiya, we created a “fukinuke”, or a clearing above the lobby to produce a more open feel.

3. Ajiro Tenjo (Wickerwork Ceiling)

The ajiro ceiling in the annex lobby is made of woven strips of cedar. The materials used for the ceilings in our building have been treated as a preventative measure for fires.

4. Hifumi-Ishi

Hifumi-ishi refer to a scattered design pattern used in earthen floors in which stones are placed in sequences of one, two, and three stones together, adding another accent to the overall design.

Annex 1st floor/8-tatami room/accommodates 1-4 people/separate bathroom and toilet/breakfast included A premier room on the first floor adjacent to the main garden. This room is particularly quiet since it’s located at the innermost part of the building.

3. Guest Room 3 Hana (1st Floor)

“Annex 2st floor/8-tatami room/accommodates 1-4 people/separate bathroom and toilet/breakfast included A premier room in the rear of the building adjacent to the main garden. This room is particularly quiet, being located in the innermost part of the building.”

4. Guest Room 103 Tori (2nd Floor)

いつも当館ホームページをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。 2020年４月17日、京町家 楽遊 堀川五条はリニューアルオープンし、新たに別邸をグランドオープンしました。

京町家での滞在を、より一層楽しんでいただきたいという思いを込めて、四季ごとに異なる顔を見せるお庭をしつらえました。

本館にご宿泊されているお客様も、自由に別邸のお庭をご覧いただけますので、ご宿泊の際にぜひご覧ください。

別邸の意匠

当館では、京町家の伝統を踏襲した様々な意匠を施しております。別邸の意匠の一部をご紹介します。

１．お庭

別邸ロビーに新たにお庭を設けさせて頂きました。松、カエデ、石灯籠など純和風な様式で四季ごとに異なる顔を見せますので、通年で楽しめるお庭になっております。

２．吹き抜け

台所の上に造られた吹き抜けを、京町家では「火袋」と言いますが、その吹き抜けを利用して開放感のあるロビーに仕立てました。

３．網代天井

別邸ロビーの天井は杉を互い違いにくぐらせて編んだものを張った「網代天井」となっております。当館の網代天井は特別に防火対策を施してある原料を使用しております。

４．ひふみ石

本館から別邸への廊下には一個、二個、三個と小石を寄せて. 散りばめた土間模様の技法「ひふみ（一二三）石」を施し、デザイン的にもアクセントをつけています。
