在此謹向近來因新冠病毒感染而受苦的人們，由衷致上問候。 為因應防範傳染病，本館目前正徹底進行各項預防衛生管理措施。

1　衛生管理

入住時

先請您用濕毛巾及消毒用酒精消毒手部後，再為您辦理手續。工作人員會配戴口罩，若貴賓沒有口罩將會給您口罩。為避免 「三密（密閉、密集、密切接觸）」，將會避免與其他貴賓在同個地點辦理手續。

打掃

除了一般的客房打掃外，亦會使用酒精為門把、遙控器、開關等小細節進行消毒。公用空間的門、手把、桌子等手部常接觸到的部分，亦列為重點項目有計畫地進行除菌、消毒。

所有客房均設置手部消毒劑及濕紙巾

2　避免 三密（密閉、密集、密切接觸）

早餐（僅樂遊　堀川五條）

暫停自助式早餐，以個別服務的形式為您提供早餐。

免費飲料

關閉供自由使用的免費飲料區，提供飲料選單，服務人員會將想喝的飲料送至您的房間。

3　其他

為保持空氣流通，全天開放入口大門。工作人員全天配戴口罩服務貴賓，開始新的接待工作時均消毒手指。為避免人群聚集而分散用餐地點等，若不清楚會有工作人員為您引導。

Added Health and Safety Measures for the Novel Coronavirus at Kyomachiya Luck You

We’d like to offer our best wishes to everyone working through the repercussions of the current novel coronavirus. To ensure the health and safety of our guests, we will be taking strict, preventative sanitation measures for the foreseeable future.

1. Sanitation

At Check-In

We are having our guests use wipes and alcohol disinfectant to sanitize their hands prior to filling out the check-in paperwork. All staff will be wearing masks, and masks will be provided to guests who don’t have them. In order to avoid the “Three C’s” of closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings, we will be conducting check-ins for our each of our guest in separate locations.

Cleaning

In addition to the standard cleaning protocol for guest rooms, we will also be thoroughly disinfecting/sanitizing areas such as door knobs, TV remotes, and switches. We will also make it a priority to regularly disinfect/sanitize areas with significant hand contact like doors, handrails, and tables.

Guest Rooms

Hand sanitizer and wet wipes will be provided in all guest rooms.

2. Avoiding the 3 C’s

Breakfast (only at Luck You Horikawa Gojo)

The buffet-style breakfast will be temporarily suspended and be replaced by individual breakfast orders.

Free Drinks

The free drink area will be closed off, and there will be a drink menu which you can order from and have our staff bring your drink to your room.

3. Other Information

The front entrance door will be left open throughout the day for ventilation. Our staff members will always have masks on at all times, and will disinfect their hands prior to starting each new task. Our staff members will provide assistance and offer suggestions for places where you can eat to avoid crowds.

このたびの新型コロナウイルスによる感染症でご苦労されているみなさまには、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。 当館では感染症対策として、当面の間、各種の予防衛生管理を徹底してまいります。

1　衛生管理

チェックイン時

おしぼりや消毒用アルコールで手指の消毒をいただいた上で手続きいたします。 スタッフはマスク着用、お客様でマスクをお持ちでない方にはお渡しいたします。 「三密」を回避するため、ほかのお客様と重ならないように場所を選んで手続きします。

清掃

客室は通常の清掃に加え、ドアノブ、リモコン、スイッチなどよりきめ細かな部分のアルコール除菌・消毒を行います。 共有スペースのドア、手すり、テーブルなど多く手が触れる部分は、重点項目として計画的に除菌・消毒を行います。

客室

全室に手指消毒剤とウエットティッシュを設置しております。

2　三密回避

朝食（楽遊　堀川五条のみ）

ブッフェ形式を一時的にやめ、個別に対応できる形でご朝食を提供します。

フリードリンク

ご自由に利用いただけるドリンクコーナーを閉鎖し、ドリンクメニューをご用意してご希望のお飲み物をスタッフが部屋までお持ちします。

3　その他

玄関ドアは換気のために終日開放いたします。 スタッフは終日マスク着用にて接客、新たな業務開始ごとに手指消毒を行ないます。 混雑が避けられるお食事場所など、お迷いの方にはスタッフがご案内します。
